A bit about me and Claire’s Kitchen

When I got thrown out of needlework class at school and moved into food technology, I never envisaged that years later I would be making a living out of my own culinary skills.

If you’re from West Somerset, Claire’s Kitchen is a name you will definitely have heard of, and if you’re lucky you’ll have sampled some of my food.

I live in Wootton Courtenay in Exmoor National Park, have a dedicated supportive team of 30, and run event catering in and around around West Somerset.

I also cater for weddings, funerals, parties and other social events as well as running successful cookery roadshows and the list continues to grow!

I am a self taught chef with an ability to create wonderful, tasty, fresh food from the wilds of Exmoor, using locally sourced products for private dining, weddings and parties, outdoor and indoor catering events, and personal chef services, as well as a range of homemade, freshly produced frozen ready meals.
